Single-Use Wet Curing Blankets for DOT and Pervious Applications.
UltraCure DOT™ are single-use wet curing blankets made of natural cellulose fabric and designed to provide constant and thorough hydration while maintaining a 100% relative humidity condition on the slab for a curing period of 14 days resulting in less surface discolouration and more evenly cured concrete.
■ Absorbs and distributes water evenly over the entire concrete surface.
■ Maintains 100% relative humidity on the slab for a minimum of 14 days.

Reduction of material, labour, re-wetting time, storage, and
transportation costs that are involved when using traditional wet cure
methods.

UltraCure DOT™ rolls are shrink wrapped in a clear poly covering and stacked four (4) wide by four (4) high on a wooden pallet that will have the overall dimensions of 1.117 m (44 in) wide by 2.438 m (96 in) long. Pallets are double stacked for shipment. 384 rolls fit onto a truck (24 pallets). One roll of UltraCure DOT™ weighs 22.68 kg (50 lb) One pallet of UltraCure DOT™ weighs 408.24 kg (900 lb).

UltraCure NCF™ (Natural Cellulose Fabric) single-use wet curing blankets provide constant and thorough hydration while maintaining a 100% relative humidity condition on the slab for a curing period of 7 days resulting in less surface discolouration and a more evenly cured concrete slab.
■ Rolls come with fabric side out, making it easy to install.
■ Taping the seams is not required.
■ Absorbs and distributes water evenly over the entire slab surface.

Features an opaque reflective poly backing which provides visual
confirmation that the slab remains wet for the entire curing period.
