Cream Polish

Tennant’s Cream polishing system offers an attractive, smooth, uniform appearance, with little to no exposed aggregate. This is achieved by removing very little to none of the concrete cream surface with a very light grind and polish.​​

Application

  • Step 1:
    • Use ReVue™-HydroCut cutting compound with ReVue™-HYB400 semi-metal bonded tools
  • Step 2:
    • Apply ReVue™-HydroDense densifier and a second use of ReVue™-HYB400 semi-metal bonded tools
  • Step 3:
    • Use ReVue™-PHN1500 phenolic bonded tools and and then apply ReVue™-HydroGard concrete sealer
  • Step 4:
    • Burnish with ReVue™-DP3000 Diamond Impregnated Pads

Large Aggregate Exposure Polish

Tennant’s Large Aggregate Exposure polishing system, offers an exposed granite look, created by removing a maximum of ¼” (6.35 mm) of the concrete surface.  This is achieved by using aggressive grinding and polishing to reveal the large, coarse aggregate of the concrete substrate.​​​​

Application

  • Step 1:
    • Apply ReVue™-HydroCut Concrete Cutting Compound and Grind with 16 Grit Metal
  • Step 2:
    • Grind Wet with ReVue™-SP100 Sintered Press Metal Tools
  • Step 3:
    • Apply ReVue™-HydroDense Concrete Densifier Followed by a Wet Grind with ReVue™-HYB400 Hybrid Semi Metal Tools
  • Step 4:
    • Grind Dry with ReVue™-PHN1500 Phenolic Tools and Apply ReVue™-HydroGard Concrete Sealer
  • Step 5:
    • Burnish with ReVue™-DP3000 Diamond Impregnated Pads

Salt N’ Pepper Polish

Tennant’s Salt N’ Pepper polishing systems creates a beautiful exposed aggregate appearance with the look of natural stone, accomplished by removing a maximum of 1/16” (1.60 mm) of the concrete cream surface with a light grind and polish.​​​​​

Application

  • Step 1:
    • Use ReVue™-HydroCut cutting compound with ReVue™-SP400 Sintered Press Metal Tools
  • Step 2:
    • Apply ReVue™-HydroDense concrete densifier. Followed by wet grind withnReVue™-HYB400 semi-metal tools
  • Step 3:
    • Use ReVue™-PHN1500 phenolic bonded tools with a final application of ReVue™-HydroGard concrete sealer
