Sikadur®-22 Lo-Mod

Sikadur®-22 Lo-Mod FS is a two-component, 100% solids, moisture-tolerant, fast setting epoxy resin binder. It conforms to the current ASTM C881 and AASHTO M 235 specifications.

Use

  • ƒƒUse Sikadur®-22 Lo-Mod FS neat as the binder resin for a skid-resistant broadcast overlay to be incorporated in parking deck membrane systems.
  • ƒƒUse also as the binder resin for epoxy mortar and concrete for patching and overlays.

Characteristics and Advantages

  • ƒƒTolerant to moisture both before and after cure.
  • ƒƒConvenient easy mix ratio A:B = 1:1 by volume.

Sikalastic®-390 Membrane

Two-Component, Fast Curing, Solvent Free, Elastomeric and Crack-Bridging, Polyurethane Waterproofing Membrane

Use

Use as part of the Sikafloor® Industrial and Decorative Flooring Systems and Sikafloor® Resoclad MRW Type II & III Systems to provide a tough, crack-bridging, watertight membrane prior to overcoating with other flooring products. Typical uses include:

  • Mechanical rooms.
  • Stadiums and arenas.
  • Shower rooms.
  • Wherever a waterproof floor is required.
  • Anti-fracture flooring systems. When applied at 30 mils (750 microns) and used beneath epoxy flooring systems, it provides anti-fracture properties to minimize the transfer of cracks that may occur in the concrete substrate.

Two-Component, Solvent-Free, Low Odour, Elastomeric and Crack-Bridging, Polyurethane Binder and Wear Course in SA version

Use

Use as an interior wear course over Sikalastic® Duochem 390 Membrane to provide a durable, anti-skid surface. Typical uses include:
■ Multi-storey parking garages.
■ Parking decks and ramps.
■ Foot bridges and walkways.
■ Stadiums and arenas.
■ Plaza and rooftop decks.
■ Balconies and terraces.
Use as part of the Sikafloor® Resoclad MRW Type III System to provide a tough, crackbridging, watertight wear course. Typical uses include:

■ Shower rooms.
■ Loading docks.
■ Laboratories or areas of high spillage.

Sikalastic®-8200

Low Modulus, High Strength, Moisture-Insensitive, Modified Epoxy Resin for Skid-Resistant Concrete verlays and Patching Mortars  

Use

■ Recommended as a wear course for high traffic areas such as ramps and turning points in parking decks.
■ May also be used as a wear course for the Sikalastic® system for heavy use locations.
■ Multi-purpose binder may be used to produce heavy-duty patching mortars.
■ As a waterproof, skid and wear resistant overlay for critical, high demand logistics floors.

■ Convenient, easy mix ratio A:B = 1:1 by volume.

■ Lighter than concrete overlays so reduces dead load on suspended slabs.

Sikafloor® Duochem-6001

Water-Based, Easy to Clean, Epoxy Coating with Wear and Mild Chemical Resistance for Floors, Walls and Ceilings

Use

■ As a interior coating for surfaces in chemical, pharmaceutical and food processing and preparation facilities, warehouses and workshops which require coating whilst normal operations continue.
■ Use on floors, walls, ceilings and machinery where a semi-gloss, wear resistant finish is needed, which will withstand contact with mildly corrosive chemicals and scrubbing during wash- down.
■ As a thin -film, vapour permeable sealer on concrete above, on, or below grade.

Characteristics and Advantages

■ Water-based, ideal for interior application without disruption to ongoing operations.
■ Able to withstand light or moderate traffic (i.e. pedestrians and pneumatic tires).
■ Good resistance against mild corrosive chemicals, wear factors and scrubbing while being cleaned.
■ Permeable to water vapour – suitable for application for above-, on- and belowgrade.

Sikafloor®-265

High-Solids, Low-VOC, Flexible and Crack-Bridging, Waterproof Epoxy Membrane or Coating

Use

  • Ideal for mechanical equipment rooms and floors in interior spaces where humidity and temperature are micro-controlled.
  • Sikafloor® 265 is able to operate as a waterproofing and crack-isolation membrane. When applied at 40 mils and used beneath epoxy flooring systems, it provides a mechanism toseparate epoxy flooring from cracking/movement of substrates.
  • In offices and areas where raised access floors contain liquid lines and elastomeric waterproof protection is required to the underlying slab to protect computer rooms andsimilarly sensitive facilities below.
