Sikafloor®-1610
Sikafloor® 1610 is a two component, high solids yet low modulus and low viscosity, epoxy primer. This resin is highly penetrative, seals substrates, contains a red trace dye to allow coverage to be ensured and is of low-VOC content. Sikafloor® 1610 NA has been especially formulated to operate as a moisture tolerant adhesion promoter beneath Sikafloor® , Sikaguard® and Sikalastic® epoxy and urethane coatings, broadcast or trowelled systems.
Use
Designed for concrete substrates where Sikafloor® resin systems are due to be installed and a measured moisture content of < 6% (p.b.w. – part by weight), as determined with Tramex® CM/E type meter, exists.

Sikagard® CorPro-470
(Formerly Cor-Pro 470) Sikagard® Cor-Pro 470 is a high performance, two component, solvent based, polyamide epoxy primer designed to provide increased adhesion and corrosion resistance properties over properly prepared ferrous and galvanized metal substrates.

- Provides additional protection for metal substrates subject to severe environments.

Sikafloor® Vertical Epoxy Primer
Sikafloor® Vertical Epoxy Primer is a 100% solids, two-component, moisture tolerant, epoxy adhesive used as a primer for Sikafloor® cove and detailing mortars.
Use
- Sikafloor Vertical Epoxy Primer is used as a tacky primer and adhesion promoter for the vertical application of Sikafloor mortars.
- Primer for concrete substrates and most steel surfaces that have been properly prepared.
Characteristics and Advantages
- Excellent ‘tacky’ grab properties provide true ‘hang’ characteristics for vertical mortars.
- Suitable for application on new or existing cured concrete substrates.
- Can be applied onto 7 to 10 day old concrete after adequate preparation and where substrate has tensile bond strength in excess of 1.5 MPa (218 psi).
- Achieves bond strength in excess of the tensile strength of concrete.
- Moisture tolerant; maximum moisture content of concrete substrate < 10%.
- Flexible bond line provides good performance under thermally induced stress.

Sikafloor®-165 FS
Sikafloor® 165 FS is a two-component, high-solids, low VOC, neutral odour, epoxy resin specifically formulated to perform as a rapid curing, adhesion promoting primer and concrete surface sealer for fast turn around applications.
Use
- As an adhesion promoting primer/ sealer for absorbent substrates including concrete and cement screeds.
- Penetrates substrate to reduce outgassing, minimizing the formulation of bubbles in subsequent body coats when applying Sikafloor® and Sikagard® systems.

- Very rapid overcoating time increases productivity, 2 hours 30 min at 23 °C (73 °F)
