Effective July 31, 2026. This policy covers westpacificcoatings.com and the enquiries you send to West Pacific Coatings Ltd., Unit 103–185 Forester St, North Vancouver, BC V7H 0A6.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us: your name and contact details, and whatever you include about your project when you call, email or text — photographs, square footage, building details. This site has no user accounts and no forms that store data.

What this website does not do

The site runs no analytics scripts, no advertising trackers and sets no cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, time of request) for security and troubleshooting, as virtually every website's host does.

How we use your information

To respond to your enquiry, prepare assessments and quotes, and deliver the work you hire us for. We do not sell or rent your information. It is shared only with the service providers we need to operate — our web host and email provider — and where the law requires it.

Retention and your rights

We keep project correspondence as long as it is relevant to the work, warranties and our legal obligations. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: email estimating@westpacificcoatings.com or call (236) 873-2580.

We follow British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada's PIPEDA. If we ever change how this site handles data — for example by adding analytics — this page will say so first.
