How we work

Assess, prepare, install, document.

Every job starts with a site visit and moisture testing, because slab moisture is the single most common reason a coating fails early in this climate. We measure it rather than guess at it, and if the reading says the slab is not ready, we say so before anyone has bought material.

Preparation is mechanical, not chemical — shot blasting or diamond grinding to a measured concrete surface profile. Acid etching leaves a residue and an inconsistent profile, and it is the reason a surprising number of failed floors failed.

Installation is phased around your building's operations. On parkades that usually means working level by level or bay by bay, at night where access demands it, so you never lose the whole structure at once. Each section goes back under traffic once its cure is confirmed on site, and cold weather extends that.

You get the documentation at the end: moisture readings, profile, product data sheets, batch numbers and coverage rates. If you ever need to make a warranty claim, or hand the building to a new manager, that record is what makes it possible.
